Tarrytown Cemetery Halloween 2024. The 22nd annual village of tarrytown halloween parade steps off at 5 pm from patriot’s park. All marchers must be registered and in costume.

Must register to be eligible to win prizes. Last year, blessed by unseasonably warm weather, the tarrytown halloween parade drew upwards of 20,000 people—almost twice the population of the village.
